Black Tea

Black tea is more oxidized than the green, oolong and white varieties.

After picking, the leaves are withered, then bruised by rolling, inducing oxidation. The leaves are dried/fired by heating them in an oven reducing the moisture content.

Black tea is generally stronger in flavor and contains more caffeine than the less oxidized teas.

We serve and sell the following teas

Kenya Tea - single estate tea (not blended)

Darjeeling TGFOP - (India)
